The PhD thesis of Dr. Carlos David Rodriguez Gallegos, titled “𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀” has been given the 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 for its scientific excellence and the high impact of its contents. He did his research under the supervision of 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗶𝗯 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 from from NUS Electrical and Computer Engineering and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹 from Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS)
